The effect :
This effect gives the impression of a very dense fog column up to five metres high (snow effect) or a fog fountain, and can be compared to a "jet engine effect". The fog fountains reach their final height rapidly and disappear just as quickly, so you can precisely set the duration of the effect.
You can choose the effect duration you want, up to a maximum of ten seconds, limited only by the size of the CO2 tank.


Specifications
The as systems DMX CO2 FOGGER is a practical "in-case solution" with a central power and data supply from a distribution box. The feed-through single cable solution ensures minimum wiring effort. The distribution box is linked to a low-voltage adapter (24 V), which significantly reduces the risk of interference.
A DMX512 data protocol controls the effects. That ensures the device can be integrated into any multimedia show.

The flight case with integrated high-pressure hose for CO2 infeed measures 30 x 30 x 40cm and weighs about 9kg. The distribution box measures 15 x 20 x 20cm at a weight of approx. 8kg.

The effect
The classic solution for generating low-lying fog is simple and hazard-free: dry ice combined with water. To this day, the consistency and thermal behaviour of this kind of fog is unbeatable. The drawbacks are procurement and storage of dry ice and extremely damp precipitation on the stage floor, which frequently makes the use of low-lying fog for dance events impossible. However, the CO-FOG machine comes with precise temperature control that offers a great improvement.
